Philosophy

I am an architect, academic, and pervasive media expert. Collaboration and generative discourse among peers and students are essential for creative thought. Research and teaching are reciprocal processes, and only when considered in tandem would they lead to exciting, intelligent, responsible design. Creativity and inspiration thrive in safe spaces where peers and students feel secure to make mistakes and are unafraid of judgment.
